Do you have minimum order quantities?
The short answer is no. We’ll print 1 shirt or 100. Most of our pricing is quantity driven so you will get lower prices the more pieces ordered. There are some printing methods, like screen printing, that may require a minimum but we can typically find a print method that will work with your order size and budget.
Can you create an online fundraiser store?
Yes, we can create an online fundraiser store for you that we will put together and manage. Your job will be to pick up any profit form us that is owed at the end. Please contact us for more details.
Can you print names and numbers?
Absolutely, we can personalize jerseys for the whole team or on individual family spirit wear. Typically we use 2″ tall names and 6″tall numbers though other sizes are available.
Can you embroider polos and hats?
We can embroider polos, hats, jackets, 1/4 zips, blankets, totes and many other specialty items.
Can you help with artwork?
Yes, we include a certain amount of artwork time (design, touch-up, editing) free of charge with each order. Customer supplied artwork that is in vector format (.eps, .ai, .svg) and high resolution (minimum 300 dpi) raster images (png, jpeg, etc) typically incur no additional charges. Low resolution images, complex creative designs, or multiple edits can be subject to art fees. In addition, all items that are embroidered require a special “digitized” file to be sewn out. Many files can be digitized in house and require no extra charge. Some files (typically high detail or ones that have very small elements) will require use of a specialized digitizing service for an additional fee.
How long do orders take?
Our turn around times can fluctuate based on time of year and our current order schedule but most orders are completed in about 2 weeks.
